Windows 10: Windows Insider changed to Canary on its' own. Weird!!

I have been on the Release Preview channel forever. Today I went to update and noticed that it had changed itself to Canary on its own and Dev is available. Insider Preview and Beta are greyed out. I haven't changed anything on my system for quite a while so not sure why it hopped. ccc cant find any real solution to this but I dont have much desire to stay on Canary or Dev. Beta or IP would be fine but how can I get them available again? Weirdest thing.

AFTER GETTING WINDOWS INSIDER CANARY CANNEL A NEW UPDATE MY WINDOWS IS FULLY CHANGED MY LAPTOP STARTED OVERHEATING AND COOLING FAN IS NOT STOPPING . LAPTOP BATTERY IS DEAD IN 1 HOUR .

Windows insider builds can be unstable and buffy, the Canary builds can be very unstable, because builds on that channel have not bee tested.

The best option is to uninstall the latest canary build to test if that stabilizes your Windows installation.

Windows insider builds , especially the Canary channel builds should only be installed on a second PC for testing purposes, not on your main PC.

 

Sair do Insider Canary e entrar para o Insider Beta

Olá. Fiz a instalação limpa do Windows 11 objetivando sair do Insider Canary. Pretendia sair e entrar depois no Insider Beta. Após a reinstalação o Windows Update apresentou uma atualização: Windows 11 Insider Preview 25931.1000 (rs_prerelease). Quando tento instalar essa atualização falha. Alguém poderia me ajudar com o passo a passo para sair do Insider Canary e entrar para o Insider Beta?
