Windows 10: windows insider issue

im on the windows insider program and am having an issue in that i can no longer update or install updates/apps on my machineeverything is stuck on install and nothing happenssupport wont help as im on the insider program and of course since no update will install i cannot move on the next iteration of the the softwarehelp

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
