    Windows Insider ? Just update HP sleek book to latest prerelease and laptop will not boot at all, will not go to safe mode and is in constant hp logo start then multiple attempts to reboot. I have screen prints to send to whoever and am just about done with these prerelease updates as they are destroying my patience, laptop, sanity,etc...please help! I tried going the route of JackBuilders post on December 14, 2018 with tutorials on create a usb-stick Rufus and Ubuntu as described in Help forum .....through working laptop but no good to me! Unbuntu is not a solution for me!

    HP Pavillion TouchSmart 14 Sleekbook : Plugged in not charging. Unplug it is dead.

    I have the very same problem and Microsoft's only suggestion was to try replacing the battery and power cord. It did not help. Same issue continues. I do not like nor will I every recommend Windows 10.

    Touch screen not working on my HP ENVY TS SLEEKBOOK 4

    Plz. Help!! I just realized suddenly that my touch screen is not working on my laptop( HP ENVY TS SLEEKBOOK 4) since 2 days. I tried restarting and online help and checking on my "device manager"-"human interface device" but there isn't any setting regarding
    the touch screen . All I can see there is "HID-complaint wireless radio control " and "HP Wireless button Driver" options.
