Windows 10: Windows Insider Program not able to connect to service, some hidden settings to not allow...

Hi there

I want to join Windows Insider program in my new laptop and make videos about it, but it's failing to connect to some sort of service. The diagnostics settings required to let it join insider program are disabled, and I can't change them. Here are some screenshots, so please help me as early as possible. Thank you in advance.

Not able to use the Windows Insider Program

I recently tried to get access to the Windows Insider Program on my Windows 10 computer. I do have a Microsoft account, which is connected to the Insider Program. I also logged in with this account on my computer, but when I pressed the button "First steps"
(the button you click in Settings/Update and Recovery/Windows Insider Program), the Insider program didn't recognise my Microsoft account. Therefore it showed me "Cancel", "Change account" and "Create an account". I attempted it already several times, but
I always have the same result.

You would have to do that on your Router's setup webpage. 1st step is to turn on WiFi encryption and password. 2nd step, if you feel you need to, is set up an access list of the physical MAC addresses for the network adapters of the computers you want to allow to connect. Any other network adapter not on that MAC filter list won't be able to connect. (but MAC addresses can be easily spoofed, if the third person knows which MAC addresses are allowed).
