Windows 10: Windows insists on installing system apps in Portuguese

Discus and support Windows insists on installing system apps in Portuguese in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; So I've already formatted my hard drive, reinstalled Windows 10 and every time Windows Update updates Windows all of the system apps besides Settings,...     Windows insists on installing system apps in Portuguese


    So I've already formatted my hard drive, reinstalled Windows 10 and every time Windows Update updates Windows all of the system apps besides Settings, File Explorer and a few others get set back to the language Windows was originally installed in - Brazilian Portuguese - but why does this keep happening? Even creating new user accounts, next time Windows Update runs it goes back to Portuguese. Is this because I installed Windows 10 from a tool distributed by Lenovo the manufacturer of my laptop that was meant to install in Portuguese despite me setting Windows to install in English during the installation process

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Thank you so much.. when I go into number 1 there is English South African, Portuguese and then UK English... am I supposed to do something there? I did all the other steps but my page is still in Portuguese.

    another thing... how do I change my email address on my Microsoft account?

    Windows 7 wont install drivers

    i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
    Step 1
    reinstall windows from scratch
    Step 2
    install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
    Step 3
    update windows
    Step 4
    install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
    Step 5
    Install GPU drivers
    Step 6
    go back to using your pc without issue.
