Windows 10: Windows install fails error code 0x8007000D

I've been trying to install a duel boot of windows 10, using the official installer of windows 10. On a system that is already running a form of linux kali neolinux. I keep getting this error everytime I try run the installer. It says windows can't open the required file: D:\sources\install.wimI've tried re-formating the usd several times, using 2 different iso bootloaders unetbootin, pi imager, using different USB ports, changing uefi settings in bios, and updating bios.My pc specs are Motherboard: Asus rog strix b450f ii Cpu: ryzen 5 5000Gpu: evga 3070Ram: 2 8gb sticks of ddr4 corsair ve

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?

None of those steps helped.
