Windows 10: Windows installation corrupted + On and Off loop when trying to restart

I wanted to give a friend my old computer and reboot the computer completely.

When it was time to create a profile I decided for my ignorance, to turn off the computer,

so when he receives it, it was like new, so I interrupted the installation of windows.

When I try to turn the computer back on, it's loopping, On and Off.

The Windows loading screen appears and then restarts. Of the initial shortcuts, the only one that works is the BIOS,

I tried to insert a Windows CD into the CD player, but nothing happened. What should I do?

Hard drive/ OS issue

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
