Windows 10: Windows installation stuck at 64% after reset

HiI started the reset process 2 days ago. Chose to clear the TPM and also chose cloud install. I left the reset overnight and next day it was installing windows and it got stuck at 64%. I used the dell os recovery and the tool did some repairs and from the trouble shooter i again selected reset as the first time had failed and windows was not installed yet. This time again it is stuck at 64%. Please help my college work is pending as I can't use my laptop.

• Even after resetting, does it still get stuck at 64%?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• How are you upgrading your operating system?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

No error message or code encountered

I tried installing windows 10 using usb now the new windows is in my hard drive. But still when i boot in my ssd it still installing stuck at 64
