Windows 10: Windows installation text message not received

During the course of my reinstallation of Win10 to my laptop, it sends an access code via text message. Unfortunately, my phone does not receive that message, and I have had no trouble receiving messages from anyone or anywhere else. Why do I have this problem now, when I didn't have this problem before?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Phone is unable to send or receive text message

Hello Zaki,

If you can’t send or receive text messages (SMS), try the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. Select the following categories and perform the suggested steps provided. Under "What are
you having a problem with?" choose Messaging > I cannot send or receive text messages.

After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.
