Windows 10: windows installation

Discus and support windows installation in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Durring installation windows dose not Install network driver on pc hp, why? bios settings are made for usb.     Durring installation windows dose not Install network driver on pc hp, why? bios settings are made for usb. I tried with 3 usb and every time the same thing happens, when it comes to selecting the network, I have no option empty list of networks with windows on the official site. What could I do?
