Windows 10: Windows installed a cumulative update preview that was from November. Why would this happen?

I turn my computer on and it shows an update notification. Checking in the settings, I see that an update preview from November has to be installed. It's December, so it seems a bit weird. Plus, I already have November's and December's updates installled. Later, I restarted my PC without- I believe- using the "update and restart" button, but the update was installed nontheless. I am wondering if I should be worried. I have done AV scans, and nothing was found.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

 

Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB3105213 November 10th.

If you have build 10586.0, KB3105211 will update it to build 10586.3.

How do I disable the "Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11" updates?

Thank you Dhanam for your quick resoponce, Two things,

• Don't confuse the "Cumulative Update Preview" updates with the "Cumulative Update Preview for Windows Insiders". It is two different things. As I stated initially, I am NOT part of the Windows Insider Program.
  
• I do to wish to pause all updates. The "Cumulative Update Preview" package is a separate update package that Microsoft sends out each month. I just don't want to receive that particular update. I only want the updates AFTER they have been previewed.
