Windows 10: Windows installer apparent? error

I am trying to install the latest Dymo labelwriter software, but I keep getting a "Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.19041.1 " error. Dymo says it is a MS problem. But, even their workaround doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any solutions, perhaps a re-installation of the "Windows Installer," which I can't seem to find on the MS website? My so-called Windows 10 updates are current, but that doesn't seem to have solved the problem. I'm pulling my hair out!!! Merci for any assistance.jpc

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Error when installing Win7

when Installing Windows 7 I get an error saying ""A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now. Note: If the windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step." What should I do to get Windows to install?
