    Windows installer now freezes permanently


    Hello AllI have three Thinkpads that I purchased used from different sources, all with fresh Windows 10 Pro installs.Oddly, on all of them Windows Installer has been freezing though whatever I'm trying to install. It eventually installs if I wait hours or leave the installer running overnight. But now, on one of the machines, installer freezes and then times out after about an hour or so, which means I no longer can install anything that requires Windows installer. Programs with their own installers install quickly with no issue.I have an administrator level account and even tried logging into

    Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

    had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows installer now freezes permanently

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
