    I have already tried receiving assistance from Microsoft Tech Support via the Support ticket window online. The tech support member attempted to assist me for about 2 hours to no avail via Quick Assist and the web chat.     any other solution? it's not package manager problem, it's not browser problem, it's more look like source download are missing.
