Windows 10: Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.19041.3636 not working correctly, erroring out

I am attempting to install/upgrade software and I get an error with windows installer 5.0The software is from Stratasys, a 3D printing company. One piece of software, OpenAM, attempts to upgrade another, GrabCAD Print, with an updated install package, modifying some of its parameters for different 3D printing settings.I've done this on my personal computer windows11, and the installer works great, like ive seen many times in windows. When I try on my work computer windows 10, I get a window pop up that says:Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.19041.3636 msiexec /Option <Required Parameter>

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
