Windows 10: Windows installing updates without consent when computer plugged in and in sleep mode

Hello,I have noticed, that windows installs "readily available" updates without consent when the computer is plugged in and after some time in suspended /sleep mode. After installation, windows decides to reboot. It does not ask the user before rebooting.In my computer and probably not the only one the reboot ends in the BIOS-password prompt. In this prompt, the thermal management of the computer seems not to be active, and it heats up well beyond what is possible after windows has boot up. Is there any way to stop this behavior? Does disabling the HID-Complaint Touch Screen driver resolves the issue? If yes, we suggest that you disable it and see if your device go into Sleep mode after a period of inactivity.

We also suggest to check if the settings of the Power Options of your device are set so that the device will go into Sleep mode after a period of time. You may follow the steps below to check is Sleep mode is enabled on your device:

• Press the Windows button + X, then click on
  Power Options.
• Click Change when the computer
  sleeps.
• Change the settings to your preferred settings.

For issues with sleep mode and power options follow the steps provided below.

Run the Power troubleshooter and check.

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

• Open Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in search and click
  Troubleshooting.
• Now type Power in the search option.
• Click on Power troubleshooter to run.

I would suggest you to try updating the Display driver and check if the issue persists. If you already have all the latest drivers from Windows updates, then I would suggest you to visit the computer manufacturer's website, download and install the latest
drivers in compatibility mode and check.
