Windows 10: Windows internet problem

Hi I have had problem connecting to the internet and the ethernet is not working as well I'v tried different things people have suggested like network reset, trying to manually connect, and even serching it up on the web and click on the different things people have asked and nothing has worked I have a Dell computer that has windows 10 os and I'm good with computers can someone recomend stuff that will be really good thanks.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?




Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).
