Windows 10: Windows IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Blue Screen

Hello, i have tried to fix this problem for a while, it happens a lot when im doing anything else that is not gaming. "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" that is one of the blue screens that most of the time i have, sometimes it says "ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY", but is seem s that always the problem is driver "ntoskrnl.exe". About 30seconds after i start up windows vista i get the blue screen of death saying IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. What does this mean and how do i fix it.
