Windows 10: windows is about to expire error

how do I get rid of the windows is about to expire error or make it to where it comes up less often

it wont let me do anything on my computer because it comes up every couple minutes and sends me to settings but I cant get it fixed through the settings either

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
