Windows 10: Windows is asking for a USB security key, even though I didn't make one...

It then gives me 3 options: “Back” “Try Again” “Other ways to sign in”The mouse click doesn’t work so I push tab til’ I finally have “other ways to sign in” selected and I hit enter. It goes back to the game, and while saying “press any button to start”https://i.imgur.com/w8i3nlK.jpgSo I comply.It again asks for the usb key.https://i.imgur.com/dAywwIW.jpgI haven’t found any other person with this issue.Im stuck, I just wanna play this game. In order to get better clarity on the issue, please let us know:

• When you say “got deleted off usb or usb flash drive is not working either way", are you unable to use USB flash drive on the computer?
• When you say “I don't exactly have a security key", which security key are you referring to?
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

I would suggest you to try plugging the USB to a different USB port and check if that helps. You can also try connecting the USB to a different computer and check.



Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

Error: “USB Device not recognized" when you try to access a USB external hard drive except Method 1 & 2 and see if that makes any difference.



A security key is a physical device that you can use instead of your user name and password to sign in. Since it’s used in addition to a fingerprint or PIN, even if someone has your security key, they won’t be able to sign in without the PIN or fingerprint
that you create.​​​



However, if you had configured security key earlier by any chance, you may refer Sign
in to your Microsoft account with Windows Hello or a security key.

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

 

My Asus laptop didn`t accept the password, Microsoft asked to change it

Today my Asus laptop didn`t accept the usual password I have been using for years. A note asked me to reset Microsoft password and after that, using this new password, I was able to start my computer.

Anybody knows why did this happen? Since when Microsoft is controlling my personal computer in such a way that I can`t even open if they don`t want to?
