Windows 10: windows is being stupid

Discus and support windows is being stupid in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; it keeps deleting a file that will disable windows defender, im doing this on purpose bye the way. but i want it TO load so i can turn it off because...     windows is being stupid


    it keeps deleting a file that will disable windows defender, im doing this on purpose bye the way. but i want it TO load so i can turn it off because windows is being stupid with me trying to turn defender off, no i dont want to fix the issue that im having, all i want is to stop defender control being deleted and for it to work.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
