    WINDOWS IS DESTROYING WINDOWS PLEASE HELP


    I was started windows 10 and open chrome was super slow, I went to the task manager and saw that there were windows services that said restricted network, they consume a very high amount of resources and it was not until I finished them that I was able to access the internet, which was being blocked by them. Please help, this happens every time I start windows.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
