Windows 10: Windows is getting restarted with BSoD also creating dump file which covers a lot space.

Team, I need ex expert opinion from the community experts/ MS expert team about BSoD. I recently purchased Dell Optiplex 7040 PCs and installed a specific build of windows 10 64 bit 2016 LTSB. Since the date of installation, I am facing dump errors. Machine gets restarted abnormally one or two times in a day and the time is not specified. I have gone through its troubleshooting by updating the drivers manually from DELL and even through windows update but the behavior is sam same. Kindly suggest me a way to get rid of this issue as it becomes critical for me. The dump file

Windows 10 isnt creating memory dumps

It should still be doing a dump whether it's just from kernel space or kernel plus user space. It's possible the crashes your PC is experiencing are not allowing for a memory dump to be created. It's happened to me before when I've been pushing my overclock to far. Instead of the sad face BSOD I've gotten a hard lockup that prevented a memory dump.

BSODs with no dump file created

I get a UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION bsod whenever I'm playing Apex Legends or while using Origin launcher.The the main issue I'm facing is that there are not dump files created after this bsod.I have setup my dump config according to this thread:Intermittent BSODs with no dump file created
I also tested it using a manual crash in Who Crashed and the dump was successfully created for this crash but it doesnt work for UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION. Please help

Getting BSOD without dump file being created.

For some time now (about 6 months) I am getting blue screens of death randomly. Some days I don't, other days I get two BSOD's quickly after one another. The blue screen error shown is 'CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED'
but the collecting of error information is stuck at 0%. When I start Windows again, I see an event in the Event log saying: 'Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.'. With nothing more. And there are indeed no dump files created. My settings
are set to create minidumps.

• I already did a clean install of windows (files and programs removed as well) and this has not resolved the problem.
  
• I updates the BIOS and my driver software to no avail.
• I have no disk cleaner software (like CCleaner) installed

Windows information:

Version: Windows 10 pro 1909 (OS Build 18363.1139)

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

I am out of ideas and starting to get hopeless because I still haven't found the solution to my problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. I will try to provide all the information you need.
