Windows 10: Windows is in a weird constant repeating boot.....sorta. More in comments

For the last week or two it hasn't been shutting down properly whether by using the shutdown option or windows shutdown timer. I end up having to force a shutdown. Now my secondary problem is some sort of constant boot loop. It will get past the screen that says press whatever key for bios and whatnot and either freeze on that next screen, or make it to the sign in screen where it either restarts or freezes. If it restarts then the process is repeated, but sometimes it will come up with windows did not shut down properly and try to either fix or diagnose the problem, which it never seems to do, because it restarts again. Then it sometimes goes to the record or repair options, but after a few seconds, it just restarts AGAIN. Nothing will get me to the desktop. I tried to stick on my windows 10 boot drive, but it refuses to boot from that, or when it gets to the screen choose 64 or 42 bit I hit 64 and it comes up with an missing file error. How can that be? Its the actual windows disk. I change the boot to that USB, but it doesn't work. I've unplugged all other devices from pc. Its just the barebones to just eliminate any possible interferences. Anyone know this issue? I'm more than happy to just reinstall, but like I said, it won't read my boot disc, and any repair or restore options don't work

Windows version 1809 - excel displays new comment instead of insert comment

Did all of the steps you suggested and the drop down list still does not show "insert comment" HOWEVER when I select "new note" from the dropdown list, it works the same as "insert comment". I think the engineers changed the title. Also at the top
of the excel screen is a field "tell me what you want to do"; if you type in insert comment, the insert comment window comes up and looks exactly like the window when you select "new note". As you suggested, I will send feedback to the engineers. Thank
you for your help.

 

Repeat Booting

Hello. I need help on a Toshiba laptop which keeps on repeat booting over and over and over again. I tried to do a Safe Mode by using the SHIFT + Power Button but did nothing. This happen after I just did an update for windows.

Here are some screen shots of my issue:










I don't want to re-install windows unless there is no other way. It seems like it's trying to start windows but it keep repeating the 3 steps or pictures above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

 

Comments and tags not saved or disappears

Hello,

Could you please answer few question:

• 
  Are you not able to see the Comments section in the file or the comment is missing for the MP3 file in the file section?
  

If the Comment section is missing, I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

Right click on the categories where you see the file section and click on more and scroll down and check on Comments section and check if it helps.
