Windows 10: Windows is Lagging

My windows is lagging. I don't know why.One thing I noticed is that every time this lag happens, my mouse starts appearing and disappearing really fast.The strange thing is that every time I, for example, open a new window, Alt-Tab, Windows Key, etc, the lag stops, but after some time, it comes again, doing the same thing.I already reinstalled my windows finished installing about 2 hours ago, but that didn't fix my problem.Any help?PC specs:Intel i5-6500 with integrated graphics8 GBs of RAM 4x2240GBs SSD

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
