Windows 10: Windows is not loading beyond a black screen with white dots and dead slow device even in...

Hi,

I bought a laptop 6 months ago, everything was smooth and 7 days before i got a problem that my disk was in 100% and no application or files loaded then i switched off my laptop. Next day when i restarted it i cant go beyond the windows login page. I then asked about this problem in microsoft community forum. I did according to the instructions but my laptop loaded whole night even for the windows recovery environment. The safemode too loaded for half a day and even after that i waited another half day for task manager to pop out... Atlast i disabled the startups... After i reboot it became more worse i cant get pass even the manufacturers logo for several hours and a black screen with a cursor appeared. Then i went through the same process to access my windows RE and i did startup repair it doesn't solve the problem theb i selected reset the pc option with keeping my files it went one day and one night after that also a black screen with white dots where shown for several hours then i reinstalled the windows using iso file in usb it also one day and night to install and finally i logged in but my laptop was deadslow and i was shown only "not responding" frequently the whole day then disk was also 100% and suddenly my laptop got hang and i waited whole night but no response came so i did force shutdown now i dont know what to do, please help me its my new and first laptop...

Windows Anniversary Update Black Screen with White Loading Dots

I followed both steps. And fourth time successful. I installed Set point. And removed my keyboard/mouse dongle during the restarts. And no sign of the black screen with white dots. So I have the new version now, thank you, for the advice.

When booting up win 10 on laptop, it goes through this sequence -

computer logo on black screen with white circling dots, then

black screen with white circling dots, then

blue screen same and please wait, then

login, then

login screen, white circling dots and welcome.

All this before she boots up (which she has done every time so far)

This weird process can take upto a few minutes and I have never had this before a few months ago.

My laptop is about 3 years old, win 10 came preinstalled on it. There is plenty space on it.

I have checked booting order, mouse, antivirus for malware, etc. updates, start up items and nothing seems to be causing this happening.

I have noticed my mouse can be a little irattic at times and programmes open a bit slow.

Any help would be much appreciated befor I resort to getting it looked at.

Forever boot Spinning white dots with black screen no logo 0x80000003

Hello.

My computer doesnt boot. I get forever spinning white dots with black screen just right after MSI logo.

I have 2 windows seperate drives. I had problems in past when this drive couldn't boot. If I remember correctly, 2-3 times I got it to boot by using some of DISM commands, it had similair problem. Dism and sfc scannow fixed it.

But Now any command I use gets to error or crashes. I suspect that disk is in active state or something. Because from second windows drive the broken Nvme samsung evo drive is showing NTFS only and i cannot access it.

But I can access broken disk from any rescue enviroment. The disk is new and tested and it is fine. Files are not damaged.

I tried to provide a bit of debug information. And what I tried. Please let me know if you need anything more.
