Discus and support Windows Is Nowhere To Be Found After Booting Up in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I have a 3 year old Dell desktop that was working fine approx. 6 months ago.     Windows Is Nowhere To Be Found After Booting Up


    I have a 3 year old Dell desktop that was working fine approx. 6 months ago. I powered off my PC and did not return to power back on until yesterday. After powering on I will get the screen which displays the date & time on the bottom left & Wifi reception on the bottom right. I press enter, enter my password, wait for system to load only to get a blue generic screensaver with an empty taskbar. No shortcut icons are displayed on the desktop. The cursor works and will display a buffering sign whenever I place it in the practically empty task bar at the bottom of the screen. The task bar only illustrates the Windows icon, a white field for searching, A Cortana Icon, Task View, date/time, & a blank notification icon at the far lower right. The only object moving is the cursor. I have powered on/off, unplugged the PC & its periferals, & restarted it even in safe mode once to get the same results. Any suggestions out there anyone? Thanks in advance.
