Windows is playing sound at a lower pitch, and with some noise at the background. It's not a soundcard problem, because I have an external soundcard and it's doing the same. Either on Headset or the TV I plug my computer in, doing the same.I already tried this:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/my-windows-is-sounding-on-a-lower-pitch-than-usual/84ebd616-42dd-4577-9c32-2841247604b0didn't help.Help, this is driving me crazy!

    Lower audio pitch

Hi Aaron. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I understand the difficulties you've been facing, and I want to assure you that I'll be giving my all to provide the help you need.

When did you first notice the lower audio pitch issue? Was it after a change in your system, such as a software update or hardware modification?

Can you confirm if the lower pitch issue is consistent across all types of audio like music, videos, and system sounds?

    1. Please check for any available Windows updates and make sure to install them.

    2. Please try to update the audio driver directly from your PC manufacturer's website.

    3. Go to the Control Panel

In the Control Panel, select Large icons from the View by drop-down menu.

    Select Sound.

    Select the Playback tab

Right-click the Speakers and click Enable.

Right-click it again and select Set as Default Device.

    Right-click Speakers and click Properties.

Click the Levels tab, then drag the volume slider towards the largest value.

    Click on the Advance Tab

Uncheck the box to "Allow Application to take exclusive controls on this device"

    Click OK.

    Restart your PC then check.

Also, try the suggested steps here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

I hope this helps. Feel free to reply if you have further concerns. Thank you
