Windows 10: Windows is saying it's offline,

Discus and support Windows is saying it's offline, in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; yet I'm connected to the internet and using everything other than Windows and Outlook just fine.     Windows is saying it's offline,


    yet I'm connected to the internet and using everything other than Windows and Outlook just fine. Noticed it was Windows that was offline because the Windows update failed. When I went to try to install it again, I saw the "not connected. Offline" message.I've rebooted, checked the DNS, and flushed the DNS. Help? It's taken me 3 days to figure out it was Windows that wasn't online... I thought it was an Outlook problem, but apparently not.
