Windows 10: Windows is showing the capacity of my Windows SSD as 118 GB when I know it holds at least...

Hello I know this may not seem like much storage loss but here's the story. I was going to install Linux on a partition I made using the other disk I have installed on my machine however, I decided this wouldn't be a good idea so I backed out of it. Here's the issue I was installing linux mint I'm not sure what version if it is required I will get the iso file. And it says something like install codecs before it actually has you pick which drive you want to install the operating system on and I'm thinking this is where I lost the storage space. And I cannot find any Windows software that will

What is the Maximum capacity for M.2 NVMe ssd I can use

Aspire E5-576 Laptop
MS Windows 10 Home 64-Bit (Japanese)

In my laptop there is an option to install M.2 NVMe ssd.

In the market there are M.2 NVMe ssd with various capacity (GB/TB). How do I know what is the maximum capacity for my laptop. My present Hard drive (not SSD) is showing empty space of 324 GB.

Any advice/suggestions/help in this regard will be much appreciated.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

8GB pendrive shows 7.21 GB as available capacity

Hey Guys,

I have a 8GB Kingston USB Pendrive

First when I inserted the drive into my PC, it showed capacity of 7.26 GB

But after formatting, the capacity shows 7.21 GB

I have tried deleting the partition and creating a new partition using diskpart, but no luck

Why is this so ?

And a 8GB pendrive should actually be having 7.45 GB storage capacity , right ?

Can someone pl help ?
