Windows 10: Windows isnt booting after most recent windows update

I downloaded the windows update and went to sleep and I wake up to being stuck on a black loading screen with the blue pinwheel loading thing, I access advanced options but nothing works, it says there is an issue when trying to reinstall windows if I try to factory reset and I don't have any restore points. Tried using command prompt to enter safe mode but that didn't work and I had administrator access. Nothing's working and I need help

repairing windows will just fix any damaged files, id suggest taking off your over clocking settings the try booting in, maybe when you updated you also updated some censoring device which is now causing you a problem with your over clock settings.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
