Windows 10: windows isnt letting me import and watch a video i took last night

ive imported a video i took on my go pro hero plus last night, it has a memory card in it and it hasnt corrupted or anything but whenever i try to open it, it doesnt come up, it just says that it could open the file and to try again later. i tried last night and thats what it said and ive just tried again like 5 minutes ago and it is doing the same thing. i can go onto my gopro and re watch the video there but i want to share it with my friends on snapchat and isntagram thats why i wanted to import the videoi was going to insert a screenshot of the error message but it isnt letting me import t

Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

• Let us know whether the issue is specific to online videos or it is happening with other videos present in your system too?
• Do you face the same issue when using Microsoft Edge ?

As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.

If the issue still persists, then try updating the Display driver and check. Here is the steps:
