Windows Issue or Motherboard or CPU

I recently built a Ryzen 5600x with a Gigabyte B550 motherboard. I did a clean install of windows on the nvme. This worked great for 5 days. I installed all the appropriate drivers including chipset. Then today the the keyboard would randomly stop working or type repeated letters. The mouse would click random things on the page. The start menu would open and then outlook would open all randomly. I did another clean install of windows and the same issue is happening. I can’t type and and random start menus open. Any thoughts on what this could be? Hard drive? Cpu? Board?

Edit: also when I click restart the screen switches to the blue screen with exit, repair, etc. I can just exit and windows starts normally. This is even after a fresh install.

    Windows 10 and upgrading motherboard

    Hi,

Thank you for bringing up your query on Microsoft Community.

The only hardware changes that can negatively impact activation status once you upgrade to free version are the changes to the:

    • CPU
    • TPM
    • Motherboard replacement
The following changes are examples of hardware changes that will NOT impact the activation status:

    • HDD/SSD
    • Video card
    • Adding extra memory
Let us follow the steps suggested by Andre Da Costa (replied
on July 26, 2015) in the following thread:

Will Upgrading Motherboard After Upgrading To Windows 10 Make Me Lose My Windows License?

Will Upgrading Motherboard After Upgrading To Windows 10 Make Me Lose My Windows License?

Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance with Windows, we are glad to assist you.
