Windows 10: windows Issue!

I was installing a game where it asked me to install some C++ files , so i had already had them so there was a option to either repair , uninstall and then cancel , so i clicked on repair and since then my windows is behaving completely weird , no single command is working , task manager not opening , services , device manager nothing is working , i tried to reset this pc but it didn;t allow me to do that either , so after checking youtube i tried as they had said and then i saw a new error that it keeps on stating the same error whenever i click " run as administrator " command on any app or

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
