Windows 10: Windows issues after Adobe install.

Hey guys, I recently purchased a new computer from a friend of mine and did a fresh install. Everything has been great up until I installed Adobe Premiere Pro. The first thing I noticed after the install was all of my desktop apps were gone and the only thing left was an empty recycling bin.

Now every time I start up my machine I get crashes on start up applications like One Drive, Discord, and others. Things like Java failed, could not find QT platform plug in, and some others. I've also had trouble locating some items in the windows explorer menu like control panel.

What ideas do you have that could have happened? Some places are telling me my saved files structure has possibly changed. Idk, I run a 128GB SSD and a 500GB HDD.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

This issue might have occurred because of compatibility of
Adobe Connect. Follow the steps below to install Adobe

Connect in compatibility mode.

Install Adobe Connect in Compatibility mode.

Follow the steps below on how to install Adobe Connect in compatibility mode:

1. Download the Adobe Connect from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the Adobe Connect install and then check the functionality.

If the issue persists I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Connect and check if that helps. If the issue is specific to Adobe Connect I would suggest you to

Windows 10 and Adobe Reader

I suggest you to un-install and re-install the Adobe Reader and check if that helps:

Follow the steps to un-install the Adobe Reader.

  Type control panel
  in the search box.
  
• 
  Click on programs and features or uninstall a program (depends on what view you are in)
  
• 
  Right click on Adobe Reader.
  
• 
  Click on uninstall.
  
• 
  Go through uninstall Wizard to Uninstall Abode Reader.
