Windows 10: Windows IT

If we deploy Upgrade Readiness and stop using it after it is deployed, is it possible that updates will be stopped on devices until someone follow all steps 1-2-3 from Upgrade Readiness ?
Or do all updates continue to work as they were before Upgrade Readiness deployment in a tenant?
Asking because we plan deployment of Device Health, that could give us information regards WIP, but in Device Health article, the Upgrade Readiness is in perquisites.. So the idea is to deploy Upgrade Readiness for Device Health, but for Windows Updates delivery we just want to keep for a moment solution with standard options:

1. Intune policy to apply update release and settings -> Software Rings
2. Intune policy for delivery optimization

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
