Windows 10: Windows just randomly deciding to switch my wallpapers

I am currently using Windows 11, version 23H2 on my computer. I have created a preset of wallpapers that are supposed to switch every hour. Whenever I turn on my computer 1 wallpaper in particular is always on the screen. Then I have to go to the settings and change it back to slideshow. Even then as soon as I switch windows, it goes back to normal. I tried going on YT and a few other platforms but it there were no solutions to this problem. HELP! Firefox keeps randomly switching windows.

Every time I open a new window link from a current window, the new window will pop up like normal.

But after I click on anything inside the new window, Firefox randomly switches to the previous window and I have to reclick the new window to get it back.

How do I fix this? I don't want it to keep switching back to the old window when I've already opened a new one.

I'm using the latest Firefox build 23.0.1, fresh install with Windows 7 64 bit

  Are you not able to choose the directory where the wallpapers has been saved?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.
  
• 
  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.
  
• 
  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.

  Close the Personalization window.

Windows 11 Dynamic wallpaper is not switching images

I had the same issue, tried these suggested solutions and didn't work for me But today i opened my laptop and i see that wallpaper changed, weird. Want to note that on lock screen switching images worked.
