Windows 10: Windows KB5029351 update brought the "UNSUPPORTED PROCESSOR" error

Windows 11 users have recently experienced installation issues with the most recent KB5029351 update, which displays an 'UNSUPPORTED PROCESSOR' error message.

KB5029351 update fail 0x800f0991

Whenever I try to update Windows to build KB5029351, either through Windows Update or through Windows catalog, the update fails with a fail number: 0x800f0991. How can I update the computer?

I use:

• Windows 11 22H2, KB5029263
  
• Intel i7-8700
  
• 8GB RAM
