Windows 10: Windows keep crashing after I login

    Windows keep crashing after I login


    So I was trying to get on my computer and at first, I couldn't even get through my password screen since it kept freezing and throw me back to the welcome screen. I then when the advance options and did a restart on the login. I managed to get it working again but now when I log in, I can see my background but I can't see any of my programs in there. It then crashes and it does it over again. I tried to got to recovery in advance options again, it said I can't use the tool! I need help
