Windows 10: Windows keep getting scroll down randomly

whenever i use my laptop, sometimes it get randomly scroll down continuously. It stopped after i press Esc or S key but will always randomly act up again after, i tried all i know from updating mouse driver to msconfig, even restarting multiple times. It keep happening randomly and it is extremly annoying.

Stop Scroll Returning to the Top of List

With Windows 10, inside a lot of applications, when scrolling down through a folder or search list, the screen will return to the top of the list. Try to scroll down again, and randomly it will return to the top of the list. You loose the section you are
scrolling through.

Task Switcher randomly gets stuck cycling windows


Good morning!

I am having an issue with the Task Switcher (see image below) activating on its own. It then begins to cycle through the open tasks very rapidly. When this happens I am unable to actually select any of the tasks, nor can I close them out. Windows is essentially frozen at this point and I have to restart.

A few things to note:

• I am running Windows 10 Pro.
• This happens randomly, sometimes weeks between an incident.
• Sometimes it happens while I am not even working at the computer. I've noticed it after returning to my desk.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
