Windows 10: Windows keeps adding a second language/keyboard and I don't know why or how to disable it

Hello !
I'm a new Windows user so I don't really know anything about how it works. When I set it up, I didn't add a second language/keyboard because I use shift+alt in a few softwares (and also, I have no fingers coordination) and didn't want to accidentally switch to QWERTY.
Now, about every single day, there will be a moment where my keyboard will still be randomly changed to QWERTY. The only way I found to disable the switchable keyboards is to add english in languages and delete it again, but it ultimately comes back again.
I managed to remove the shift+alt shortcut on my school's computer, but despite looking up on the internet, I can't find the option on mine.

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

Hi Panupong,

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.
