  1. Windows keeps breaking every couple days/weeks, I keep reinstalling it.

Hello everyone! For the past 3 months my PC is breaking down and doesn't function every couple days/weeks. I have reinstalled it countless times and everytime it does something different. Today I couldn't even start it, the login screen would be grey and keep refreshing, couldn't introduce my PIN. The second last time I couldn't do anything because Windows Explorer kept refreshing every 0.1 seconds. I had updates that broke it. I thought that maybe some apps that I get everytime may contribute, but they are nothing special: Chrome, Steam, Discord, Spotify, Winrar, Torrent, League of Legends, GeForce Experience for my graphics card drivers, my basic motherboard drivers, some apps for my mouse and keyboard. I installed the latest updates directly from the official Microsoft website, I also installed the latest Windows from the official Microsoft website. Every reinstallation I formated the SSD that I install it on. Nothing keeps it right.
Today, after reinstalling it, I could not install .NET Framework 3.5.
Can someone tell me what the problem might be? I personally thought that the SSD that I'm installing the Windows on is corrupted or broken and I was wondering if getting a new one would fix it. Could it be other components like motherboard processor graphics card? I doubt it. Please someone help me, I'm desperate and sick of this gambling game of will it start and work or not.

[Solved] Windows 10 keeps reinstalling KB3119142

I noticed quite some time ago that KB3119142 (Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package) kept reinstalling itself for some reason. At least once daily. Sometimes up to several times a day. I just ignored it. It didn't seem to be doing any harm. And I figured they'd eventually fix it. Well...days turned into weeks, weeks into months, with no end to the problem in sight. It dragged on unsolved for at least the last few months. Literally reinstalling itself hundreds of(at least a hundred, felt like more) times in that period of time.

So I finally googled it a couple days ago. And just got around to fixing it today. Which appears to have worked. And it couldn't have been easier to do. I feel so stupid to have let it intimidate me for so long.*Oops! Windows keeps breaking every couple days/weeks, I keep reinstalling it.
Below are links to the thread that I got the fix idea from, and the official MS support info page for KB3119142(from which I quoted the above).

  3. Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

Do you remember installing any break reminder software?

It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.

I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.

    Try the following steps:

    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command

    • Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter

    • Search for the programs and un-install it.

    Regards,

    A Couple Questions About Partitions

Hello, it's been a couple days. So I decided to get back at the effort of resolving this, but I'm so confused on how to perform the steps you have listed above even though the list looks pretty simple and self-explanatory. Is it possible to go a little bit more in depth and explain it like you're talking to someone who has no experience doing something like this? That would be greatly appreciated.
