Windows 10: Windows keeps crashing and games that I play are having files corrupted

I did some driver testing and made some .dmp files, but I can't read them to figure out if I'm having driver issues that's causing all of these messes. I've tried reinstalling GPU drivers a few times and using older versions, but none of that worked unfortunately. I've also ran some benchmarks on some of my hardware components and they don't seem to have any issues. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Forza 7 keeps crashing on my Windows 10

There are various reasons why Forza 7 crashes on your computer. It is possible that some of the game components are corrupted or not updated. To properly isolate your concern, please provide the following information:

• Have you tried running an antivirus software on your computer?
• Did the issue start after an update?
• Are you still able to play your other games on the same computer?
• What steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

In the meantime, we suggest that you reset the game to help restore corrupted game installation files
by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click the Settings icon.
• Select System, and then select Apps & features.
• Find the game, and then click on Advanced options.
• Click Reset.
• Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

 

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

Run system file checker (SFC) and see if it helps. Please follow these steps:

a. Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt (admin).

b. Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.

sfc /scannow
