Windows 10: Windows keeps crashing, application don't respond

I got a new PC a few weeks ago and had this problem where Windows would stop responding after a game would freeze. There are times when I can't open the task manager, neither from the task bar nor from the shortcut key. In some instances the task manager would open up, but I wouldn't be able end the task of the game. Restarting manually doesn't work as it gets stuck on an the restarting screen infinitely. Shutdown most of the times doesn't work, but when it does, it doesn't fully turn the PC off as the case lights stay on and I can't start the PC again without shutting it down with the button

I use my speaker on my phone, with the application, on android.

The speaker don´t respond anything, the light above always turns

I try a factory reset, change de wifi and disconnect, but don´t do anything, still with the orange light and "updating" light on the top.

an have the application on the phone for the speaker

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
