Windows 10: Windows keeps crashing bugcheck was: 0x00000139 0x0000000000000003, 0xffff8501b324ffd0,...

For quite some time windows started to randomly crash. I've had this pc configuration for about half and year. Now it started to crash about once a day.


I've noticed in event viewer that i keep getting this warning:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

and APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

to the user DESKTOP-5VR79JB\parol SID S-1-5-21-4122676218-3305728047-1403229094-1001 from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Unavailable SID Unavailable. This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.


Apparently i get this warning about every 15 minutes or so from what i can see in event viewer. I don't know what this means.


Then i got this error:

The VoiceControlService service failed to start due to the following error:

The system cannot find the file specified.


And this one:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 0x0000000000000003, 0xffff8501b324ffd0, 0xffff8501b324ff28, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: be056948-78f7-4340-a91b-af2ed89f5fe3.


I have no idea how to send my dump and minidump so some advice would help.

Windows 10 BSODs

I've experienced three BSODs for the second day in a row. The first stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffff802225dc9f0, 0xfffff802225dc948, 0x0000000000000000).

The second stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd000b8eed5a0, 0xffffd000b8eed4f8, 0x0000000000000000)

And the third stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd001c93da5a0, 0xffffd001c93da4f8, 0x0000000000000000)

These occurred while I was gaming, so is it a gpu driver issue?

I have updated my computer (HP Envy 15 2013) to Windows 10 with the latest updates (1511) and also used driverbooster 3 to update all my drivers, yet every 2 3 hours my computer blue screens with error - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The
bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd000d47c6520, 0xffffd000d47c6478, 0x0000000000000000).

Hi All

I'm having BSOD errors with my PC on a daily basis.

It's only when I boot the machine for the first time, and always within the first few seconds, normally I wouldn't even get into the desktop before it crashes.

The machine then does the memory dump process, and then proceeds to boot normally.

I've reinstalled Windows, and I'm still having the same issue.

The machine has never blue screened while I've been using it, it's only on the first boot.

The only error I can see is - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd00024e37500, 0xffffd00024e37458, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 9e9dd043-0a15-41fa-bc08-d29f18615c3a.

I have the dump files if they're necessary.
