Windows 10: Windows keeps crashing for error: IntelAudioService stopped working

Hi, I have a Samsung laptop NJVMN1I. It keeps crashing like every 10 mins. Windows problem reports shows: IntelAudioService stopped working error every time when the crash happens. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the Realtek audio drivers with no luck. I have then rolled back the driver to its initial state but crash still persist. I don't have a system restore point to resort back to. IntelAudioService Stopped Working

It seems like an IntelAudioService issue cause a bluescreen crash on my Dell Latitude 7490 (Win 10 - 64 bit). It happens ocassionally 2-3 times a day.

There are many possible reasons why the computer will keeps on crashing. One of which is missing or corrupted system files. For us to further isolate the issue, we suggest answering the following questions:

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
