    Every time I load into my Hp notebook the hp logo pops up and then my laptop shuts off then turns back on and repeats the same thing how do I fix this pls help it’s been doing thing for months

    Hi Elsie I tried the steps u suggested but my hp notebook keeps doing the same thing and won’t even go to the Home Screen to let me sign in. Is there any one ways that can work? Because I really need this laptop and can’t afford another laptop right now
