Windows keeps failing install or blue screening when truing to install on new build

Hello,I'm trying to install windows onto my new custom build using a USB stick, Specs:Motherboard: MSI PRO B650-P WIFI ATXProcessor: AMD AMD RYZEN 7 7800X3D WOFRAM: G.SKILL 32G 2X D5 6000 C36 FX BStorage:SAMSUNG E 2TB 990PRO NVME GEN4 SSDIt boots into the bios just fine and i can start the install process most of the time. Once it gets about 10% into "getting files ready for installation" I get the error code: 0x8007025D , Windows cannot install required files, or it will just blue screen with the most common stop code being: page fault in nonpaged area Ive tried using both windows 10 and 1

    :)
