Windows 10: Windows keeps showing me a language a no longer have

So, i bought a new laptop and when configuring for the first-time windows i wanted Spanish Mexican but click on Spanish Spain now that i have use it for a week i see that windows display language show me English, and both Spanish versions also the keyboard layout but that comes and goes so i don't know what else to do, already try to install that specific language to uninstall it with no success. leaving some screenshot for reference, does anybody know how to get rid of this.

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

• Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
• Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps

• Go to System tray and select All settings
• Click on time and Language
• Select Region and Language
• Under country or region, select United States
• Under Languages, click on Add a language
• Select English United States
• After adding the language click on the language and select Set as default

Arabic language font problem

I suggest you to remove the language pack, download the language pack and set it as default and check for status.

To remove the language pack, follow the steps below:

• Click on Start>Settings>Time & Language.
• In the left pane, click on Region & Language.
• Select the language and click on Remove.

To add a language pack, follow the steps below:

• Click on Start>Settings>Time & Language.
• In the left pane, click on Region & Language.
• Click on Add language.
• Select the language from the list, download and set as default.
