Windows 10: WIndows keeps telling me i am out of toner/ink and forbids me from printing

I have installed a new cartridge in my printer. the printer has been on fritz ever since. the printer isnt causing problems. windows 11 is. i have tried updating the drivers. re-installing the printer. restarting the laptop, printer and the wifi. Multiple solutions online, yet none of them have been useful. this is been annoying. so annoying that i am considering buying a new printer and shifting back to my old mac. please help. [The problem always comes with excel and word, they decide that theres no toner/ink. rather than letting the printer decide that.]

Will not print when "Printer out of toner/ink"

I followed the instructions (disconnected then reinstalled the printer) and used the troubleshooter. It says that I should replace the toner/ink. This is the only problem it found. Still, the print quality is fine when I print from other devices.

Laptop on Windows 10 would not print document because it said there was an error and that the toner/ink was low. Replaced the ink with a full one (now all inks are full) but it still says that the ink is low. Tried troubleshooting but it says the ink is
low, tried removing the printer but it when I select 'remove device' the printer does not remove itself. I'm really stuck and have been trying for a long time trying to get it to work, really need to print this document, any help would be appreciated.

Hi

I'm having the same problem with my printer HP Envy 4500. I've only got a full colour ink and no black ink and it still refuses to print PDF or word documents. I'm getting so frustrated because I need to print off a label address as a courier is picking up
a package tomorrow but nothing is coming off as it still says "no toner/ink".

I've tried all the solutions NONE worked! I CAN'T afford to buy more ink and was thinking of throwing the printer out of the window!

HELP!!
